The hearts we made this morning.
Rye also told me he loves Toby, Jenna, Morgan and Rowan :-)
I really rather like the garland.
Sadly the hyacinths have had to be moved; I was getting to the not being able to breath stage.
Pretty as they are, I will have to find a different flowering plant that doens't affect me so.
We've since made a couple of chinese lanterns out of kite paper.
I've attached them to the bottom of the love hearts; looks very pretty.
So there you go our anglicised Chinese New Year :-)
And for tea, we're having Chinese food; stirfry and noodles.

Very romantic and sounds a bit like our weekend too. I am the same with hyacinths. I am ok for a while, ut when they start to get a bit older the smell really gets to me. xx
