A grand time was had by all, I made cheese, tomatoe and garlic pizza, quinoa with pomegranet seeds, pine nuts, baby lambs lettuce, courgette and mushrooms with a lime and olive oil dressing and lovely organic potatoes dressed with olive oil and parsley and mint from the garden. Washed down with bucks fizz and followed by gooey brownies.
Rye loved the shredded blue paper around my birthday pressies and we ended up shaking it around and dancing and singing to "Hey Mickey".
I received some lovely pressies, Queenie bought me a whole host of Mrs Beeton cook books and Jess picked me up some lovely teelight lanterns, G&B chocolate, a book on tea leaf reading and a beautiful handmade photo album.
